SmokeFree AI subscriptions are bought through Google Play. You can cancel any time. This page explains how, and when you get money back.

Stop the automatic renewal

• In Google Play: open your Google Play subscriptions, choose SmokeFree AI and tap "Cancel subscription".
• The same screen is in the Google Play app: your profile picture, "Payments & subscriptions", "Subscriptions".
• After you cancel, the subscription does not renew, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Cancelling during the free trial

Your first day in the app is free and needs no payment method. After it you can start the weekly plan with a 3-day free trial in Google Play. If you cancel before the 3 days end, you are not charged.

Refunds

Refunds follow the law where you live and Google Play's refund policy. If you are in Israel, the Consumer Protection Law lets you cancel within 14 days of subscribing, even after you started using the service: we refund what you paid within 14 days, less the share of the period already used and a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ILS 100, whichever is lower. If the cancellation is because of a fault in the service, we refund in full with no fee.

How to ask for a cancellation or refund

• By email: write to [email protected] with your full name and the email of the Google account you subscribed with, or the order number that starts with GPA. In Israel, the law also asks for your ID number in a cancellation notice.
• In Google Play: you can also ask Google for a refund directly, under its refund policy.

We confirm every request and handle it within 14 days. Refunds go back through Google Play to the same payment method.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account is separate from cancelling. To delete your account and data, see Delete your account. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in Google Play first.
