SmokeFree AI is a quit-smoking and quit-vaping app launching September 1, 2026 on Android, built by a small independent team. This site exists for a second reason: free, sourced, no-signup guides for anyone quitting, whether or not they ever install the app.

What we make

The app pairs an AI coach with a personalized 90-day plan, a 90-second craving rescue, nicotine taper schedules for vapers, and real savings tracking. The website carries the free layer: the quit smoking timeline, the quit vaping timeline, country cost calculators, and plain-language answers to the questions people search when they decide to stop.

The rules our content follows

Health content about quitting is easy to inflate and easy to fake. Ours follows a short, hard set of rules, spelled out in full in our editorial policy: health claims cite public health bodies such as the NHS and CDC, we publish no invented testimonials, ratings, or user counts, prices carry the date we checked them, and pages state plainly that they are general information rather than medical advice.

Who is behind it

SmokeFree AI was built by Nick, who smoked and vaped for 23 years, from age 14 until 37, and quit on 1 January 2026. The guides on this site are written from that experience rather than from clinical training, and his full story is here so you can judge the source for yourself.

A small independent team, not a content farm. We are not doctors, and the site never pretends otherwise: where the evidence comes from the NHS, CDC, or a named study, the page says so and links out. Questions, corrections, and feedback all reach a human at [email protected].
