Coaching runs by phone and text, in a programme built around whānau and culturally grounded support, with dedicated services for Māori and Pacific quitters. The advisers cover vaping as well as smoking, including using the quit tools to come off the vape afterwards.
Subsidised NRT: the few-dollar patch
With a Quitline registration or a script from your GP or pharmacist, patches, gum, and lozenges come subsidised to a few dollars for weeks of supply, among the cheapest NRT anywhere.
